Refund & Cancellation Policy

Complete Garage Solution (CGS) is a service-based business providing garage door, gate, fence, and related construction services.

Service Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds:
• Completed services are non-refundable.
• Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
• CGS will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve service-related issues.

Materials:
• Custom-fabricated or special-order materials are non-refundable.
